Dr. Randy Pausch passed away at his home last Friday of complications from pancreatic cancer. He was 47. His passing brought back memories of watching my own mother pass away from this horrible disease. He survived nearly two years after diagnosis - which is remarkable. Thankfully, his impact on awareness of pancreatic cancer and the fight towards early detection and treatment will go on for many, many more years.
Rest in Peace, Dr. Pausch. And thank you.
